A Youth Participation Mobility will be held in Warsaw, Poland, featuring a comprehensive Youth Citizens Workshop specifically designed for Youth Workers. This workshop will focus on equipping participants with the knowledge and skills needed to establish and manage Youth Advisory Committees, which will play a crucial role in fostering peace, inclusion, and active participation within their communities. With 48 participants from diverse backgrounds, the workshop will offer a dynamic and collaborative environment where Youth Workers can exchange ideas, explore best practices, and develop actionable strategies for empowering young people. The event will also include expert-led sessions on effective advocacy, conflict resolution, and community engagement, ensuring that the Youth Advisory Committees they create are well-equipped to address the pressing challenges of today’s world. Through this initiative, the workshop aims to strengthen the capacity of Youth Workers to drive meaningful change and promote a culture of peace and inclusion at both the local and broader European levels.
